Every day on the Internet hundreds of new online business`s are started and hundreds fail. With the Internet being so accessible to every one these days that will not come as a surprise. So how do you make sure you are not one of the failing websites.

1. No Research

This is a common failure point, people don’t bother to do their research into the products they are going to be selling. You need to be thorough and see what your competition is up to in your chosen niche.

2. No Ending

This is also very common. People will come up with an idea and set up their website but that’s it they have no idea where to go with it from their.

3. No Reason

You will see this a lot when you visit websites people place their products and you simply cant see why you purchase it. You need your content to be unique and persuasive.

4. No Out Of The Box Thinking

Everybody can do the obvious when it comes to promoting a website but you need to think out side the box and find new and creative ways to promote as well.

5. No Squeeze

A lot of webmasters will build up huge amounts of subscribers to their newsletter and then fail to ever send them one. If you have one use it regularly.

6. Not Got A Clue

How many times have you come across a person that has purchased a website and then just sat back done nothing and wondered why their was no money coming in. This is the biggest killer of online business`s and something i have seen a lot even from sites that i have sold and the new owner comes back to me 2-3 months later complaing of no money.

When asked what they have been doing to promote the website you get the same old response `well errmm nothing………`
