DotComDud First Blog Contest

Announcing the very first DotComDud competition! The goal of this competition is to learn the pitfalls and winning strategies of a good blog contest. Being such a new blog, the prizes are a little modest but they’re still stuff you didn’t have before, so you’ve got nothing to lose and plenty to gain by entering.

This is the DotComDud 1K Giveaway because up for grabs is a 1,000 Entercard credits, plus an extra bonus for first place. Why am I giving away Entrecard credits? Well, DotComDud.com has gotten a lot of it’s first traffic from Entrecard, so I think it’s appropriate to pass on that benefit to the readers of this blog.

How to Enter

For 1 extra ticket, just comment on this post, letting Dot Com Dud know what you think about this contest!

For 5 extra tickets, write a blog post about this contest on your own blog.

I would seriously suggest you to get better prizes or relax entry rules otherwise nobody’s gonna enter your contest for reasons:

1. Prizes not worth entering
2. Compared to prizes, entry requirements too tough

Thanks for the feedback. I will be increasing the prizes for my next contest. As far as entry is concerned, the only requirement is that you subscribe to my blog, the rest are optional.
